Service Packages

What is a Service Package?

A Service Package is a set of services bundled at a specific pricing rate (base and per minute rates). As the System Administrator, you can create and deploy service packages as needed. Each Service Package is defined as follows:
  • Service Bundle: A set of speech services such as Speech Contacts, Speech Outlook, Smart Number, Smart Fax, and DID;
  • Base Rate: The monthly amount billed to the user who subscribes to the service regardless of usage time;
  • Time Included: the number of free usage minutes included in the base rate;
  • Minute Rate: The amount charged to the user for each minute of usage beyond the time included.
Service Packages are assigned to the subscription keys distributed to companies and users.
