System Call Logs

What are Call Logs?

Evatel Keeps a record of all incoming and outgoing calls in a Call Logs database. You can view call logs for the current and previous 3 months (this may vary from system to system). Older call logs are archived and saved. Call logs help users, company and system administrators in different ways:
  • Users keep track of their telephone communications for better customer follow-up and expense control.
  • Company Administrators use the call logs for cost control and billing purposes.
  • Service providers may use the call logs to estimate call traffic for system provisioning,  load balancing and other commercial uses such as advertising.
