System Account Profile

The System Account Profile page is where you can view and manage the System account profile information such as:

  • The System Company name and account admin credentials, name, e-mail, phone number and language
  • The credentials to provision the System account on the Telephony Provider's system

Click the Profile button in the Toolbar to open the System Account Profile

Changing the System Account Information

You can change your System Company name and account admin credentials as follows:
  • To change your account information such as the System name and account admin name, e-mail and phone number, simply overwrite the data in the appropriate field.
  • Click Submit to confirm. 

The page will refresh with the changes made.

How to Change the System Administrator Credentials?

Go to the System Administrator Profile page to view and change your e-mail address and password as follows:
  • To change the System Admin password, click Change Password.
    Enter the Old Password, then enter the new one twice and OK to confirm.
    The new System Admin password will be required the next time you login.
  • To change your username, overwrite the existing username with a new one in the Username field.
  • To change your e-mail address, overwrite the existing e-mail address with a new one in the E-mail field.
  • Click Submit to save changes.
The new administrator password and/or username will be required for your next login.

How to Change the Language of the System Administrator?

Go to the System Administrator Profile page to view and change your language as follows:
  • To change your language, select your new language from the pull-down list in the Language field.
  • Click Submit to save changes.
The page refreshes in the new administrator language.

Changing the System Account Provisioning Credentials

If the System account is also provisioned on the Telephony Provider (phone system) used, the System Admin credentials (Username and password) are needed for  to provision the System account remotely. Enter or change the account provisioning credentials as follows:
  • In the Provisioning Access section, enter or change the Login ID and Password required to login to the System account on the Telephony Provider.
  • Click Submit to save changes.

The Web Manager will use these parameters (account ID and password) to login into the phone system and perform provisioning operations such as create company accounts, import users and phone numbers, configure telephone devices, etc.
